App access is granted for your customized workouts and nutrition guides for easier access in the gym or at home. Weekly check-ins and unlimited text access with a nutrition and exercise specialist will ensure you're staying on track!

IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
Life gets busy, we get it. With the in-home personal training packages, we bring the workout to you!
*This service is currently only available for women and couples in the Charlotte and Matthews, NC area.
Each 50-minute session is tailored to your individual goals and takes place in the comfort of your own home. While having some basic equipment is optimal, your personal trainer will also bring additional tools to maximize your workout.
In-home personal training can be combined with the full Metabolic Body Program, but is not required to purchase in-home training packages.
All packages include a series of workouts via app with video demonstrations to do on the days you don’t meet with the trainer to hold you accountable and keep you consistent.
