Meet the Founder

However, after years of following toxic diet culture and fad diets, Jen found herself struggling with a compromised metabolism, fatigue, brain fog, constant bloating, an unhealthy relationship with food, and a weight regain even more than where she started.

Determined to heal, she dove deeper into the science and research of metabolism and the psychology behind eating behaviors. Through her own healing journey, Jen discovered her passion in helping others understand that it's possible to achieve their ideal body composition while living a mentally and physically healthy and fulfilling life, without feeling extremely restrictive or miserable.

Since 2016, she has helped hundreds of individuals transform their lives from the inside out. She founded Metabolic Body to emphasize the power of progressive overload, quality nutrition tailored to each individual, and sustainable behavior change. Her approach focuses on building a strong and toned body, improving longevity, and creating a healthier, more confident relationship with food and fitness.

Originally from Connecticut, Jen turned her passion for fitness and nutrition into a career by earning a degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Psychology. She also became a certified personal trainer and competed in a WBFF bikini competition, fully immersing herself in the industry.
