STUFFED PEPPERS RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 large bell pepper

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream OR

  • 2 tablespoons Half & Half

  • 1 full slice thick cut uncured bacon cooked & crumbled

  • 1/4 cup veggies mixed & matched *diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Slice bell pepper in half and remove seeds and pulp.

  3. In a large measuring cup, whisk together all the remaining ingredients.

  4. Pour and divide mixture between each bell pepper half.

  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until egg is firm.
