Ingredients

1 large bell pepper
-
2 eggs
-
1 tablespoon heavy cream OR
-
2 tablespoons Half & Half
-
1 full slice thick cut uncured bacon cooked & crumbled

1/4 cup veggies mixed & matched *diced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
-
Slice bell pepper in half and remove seeds and pulp.
-
In a large measuring cup, whisk together all the remaining ingredients.
-
Pour and divide mixture between each bell pepper half.
-
Bake for 40-50 minutes until egg is firm.
